what is inside flow?

Inside flow is an evolution of Vinyasa flow where we synchronize our movements and breath. The continuity and fluidity where we transition from one pose to the other are further enhanced by the music during the inside flow classes.

Actively flowing with a detailed breakdown from start to finish.
Interactive workshop with certified Inside Flow teacher.

Workshop program:

11:00-11:45 – The principles of Inside Flow – Warming up, alignments.
11:45-12:00 – Refreshments
12:00-13:00 – Full hour of flow
